Fairfield Apartments

The preservation and renovation of this historic building by Home Forward was completed in partnership with Peter Meijer Architects and Walsh Construction. The building offers 75 SRO units, Permanent Supportive Housing studios, community space and resident service office. Interior finishes and design decisions were carefully considered to be trauma informed, durable, timeless and supportive of future resident needs.
